The Professional School of Esposende , namely the course Technical Services Level 4 , will perform on the 28th February, the " First Forum Gastronomic EPE : heritage and art."
The meeting, which will take place in Hotel Axis Ofir , aims to provide students and professionals a contact with knowledgeable experts , where there will be a sharing of knowledge among all participants .
The program includes this forum since thematic panels related to the food debate with critics, who will reflect on the increasing importance of emerging dishes and wines on the national scene , coupled with the economy and the professional future of young people . Throughout the day themes as " The Portuguese wines " will be addressed, " The world of food critics " , " The Confectionery in Portugal . Prospects? " And " The chiefs and their restaurants . "
Will take place alongside cooking demonstrations , pastry and wine , whose purpose is to promote interaction between the present and there is also , simultaneously , the presence of stands of various brands , which they shall give their products and services .
The promoters of this event hope to not only sensitize students to the challenges that this profession presents , but also to promote the school and the course , in addition to publicizing the work of the professionals want to want some of the brands that exist in this market .
